Hmmmm
I exercised outside on some hilly areas and some flat areas on my bike. I loved it. We were out there for 33 minutes but that was more than enough. My legs got a great workout. It was beautiful but I was very shakey on the bike so I was looking ahead or at my handle bars most of the time. Tonight I biked indoors and did that for 60 minutes going back and forth between easier and hard while watching the Pelican Brief.
Greg discovered Blue October and now I'm in love with the band. I went to thier site www.blueoctoberfan.com where you can hear a bunch of songs form old CD's and have been listening non stop. We grew attached to thier radio hit thats out, "Hate me" and it's such a powerful song about a guy who is trying to let his mother live her own life after years of trying to help him through alcohol addiction. The video shows this as well. It's so powerful it actually makes me tear up and I balled during the video. It's sad in a cute way. I never had to go through this but I know if I did, mom would be right by my side helping me through it. It's a mom appreciation song...sort of.
We saw Jason at the Westside Cafe Sat. He is awesome! I didn't know he doesn't sing and that it would be guitar only but it was great! He has a blues feel to it and what I thought was, I could play this in the background and create some nice artwork because it allows room for thoughts. Loved it! He seems to appreciate that we were there with our posse.
I'm excited for two vacations coming up. We're going to attempt to drive 10 hours on a Friday to Atlanta WITH our dogs and drive back Monday so we can visit Nano. It's cheaper than flying and I'm excited to see what Atlanta's like. We're also going up to Tera Alta, WV with the dogs for a week in May. Gotta bring the dogs because of the runt Maverick and his biting. But we're fine with that. We deal with it as we go.
No more weight loss yet. But I think I might be gaining muscle with all this exercise I'm doing. I'm trying not to let it get me down. We'll see!
