My journey needs a new beginning, a fresh start, and I need to put down the damn halloween candy for crying out loud!

Currently for some god-for-saken reason my boss decided to bring in not one but TWO cakes along with this massive bowl of candy and a bowl of apples when our office only consists of 5 individuals. Do I choose the apples when the candy and cake are surrounding it! I can't even get to the damn apples!

Ughh....right now I feel heavy from eating bad again. It's time to clean out this ugly feeling by eating better.

I had some fun times recently though :). My favorite was the halloween fun on Saturday at Growlers with my hubby, bro, his girlfriend, and a wonderful group of friends.
