Goings on
Last weekend was a fun filled party x 2 weekend. We had people over for the UFC fight Saturday night with beer and pizza then we went to Fur for a Superbowl party in which we left at half time. It was fun but we had to work the next day and Greg and I aren't into football much anyway.
By Monday night I was tired and dizzy feeling. I layed down and felt like I couldn't breathe. Tuesday I called the Dr. and they got me in that day. They checked my oxygen levels and my peak flow thing and they were great. So she said I had a regular cold and that on top of being outside at all over the weekend triggered my asthma to flare up a bit. I feel a lot better now and I think some of the dizziness and trembling are due to new doses of meds.
So yeah, that was scarey but its ok now.
This past weekend I got to see the fam. I love seeing everyone and I'm glad I'm close to enough to all of them that its not much of a trip to get there.
Since then I've had a tummy ache which triggered me to eat less of my food and drink more water. I'm actually averaging about 30oz a day of water and eating deli type sandwhiches and carrots to snack on. My weight was down a bit but we'll see how that goes. I'm also drinking milk and trying to eat normally from home instead of out too much.
The exercising is stopped until I can get a new inhaler. I have exercise induced asthma. I think that would go away if I built up my lungs more.
So we'll see how things go. I'm still not giving up!
